Today was literally one of the best days I have had in while! Woke up around 7:35 to go to a meeting with the Student Executive Leadership Board and SBLC (I think i got the first one confused…so many acronyms). Had a great conversation with Pres. Ingle and Del the new VP of staff. Talked with some prospective candidates for VP of Enrollment and VP of Development (i definitely think we are stepping it up in the candidate department). They all were so awesome to talk to and to hear their hearts. After that meeting, I rushed over to the Lecture hall to see Nancy Duarte speak about her company which specializes in making PowerPoint presentations for large corporations in Cali and all over. She was awesome! HR Class was awesome, and Leadership class was pretty good too. Went to work and my boss gave me clothes as an Easter present (key to my heart) that lovely woman! Went and talked to the Best College of Business Dean EVER! Dr. Child’s, and he definitely helped get me on my way to graduating this December.

The Lord is so good. Sometimes I just can’t think of a reason as to why I would deserve to be living the life that I am living, when so many people are in poverty…why me?! The Lord keeps reaffirming my calling into the business sector. It is a good feeling to know that you belong to something greater than yourself.

It’s a really good feeling.
